I have a mossberg 500. I have noticed that the shell to be chambered will fall out if the shotgun is shaken or turned on an angle. Is this normal?

I need to pick up a new CAR buffer assembly and spring for my ar15. Rock River Arms sells one they call "heavy". It is $23 as opposed to $10.50 for a regular one. What is the benefit in purchasing the "heavy" one? This is for a RRA 16" Mid-Length.

the cartridges in the open box of ammo are dated 1890...the sealed box is dated April 18th, 1900... All my research up to this point points to both boxes being for the 1888 Commision Rifle.
