Aimpoint rules in the battery life arena, the Eotech may be a little faster as far as target acquisition is concerned, but both are faster than conventional optics.
What type of shooting are you planning on doing??
I assume your asking about the Trijicon Reflex sight?? I have never used one.
I would just get a Comp Tac paddle holster and be done with it.
Most people that have a Fobus, like me, eventually end up upgrading their holsters anyway. Just get a good one now.

For normal deer hunting, I'd probably opt with the 3-9.
The VXIII is also good, but I prefer the "fixed eye relief" of the Conquest over...
I have a 10x SS and a 6.5-20 Monarch with a lit Mil Dot.
Both scopes will serve you well.
For strictly range shooting, I'd take the SS about every time. I like the simplicity of a fixed 10 power scope.
The Monarch would be a better hunting rifle scope.

Both the 10x SS's have parallax adjustment, one like I have is rear (in meters) the other is side focus.
Both do the same thing, but I prefer the rear focus model because I'm a "lefty", and like to adjust my focus with my right hand, while keeping my trigger finger by the trigger...
