Thanks for the Bullet Hole. Talked to them. They won't send a FFL to a non-FFL seller. They will give the non-FFL seller the first three numbers and the last three. They won't send a copy. Seller wants a copy of a FFL..............So go figure.....

I did a test one my Dillon 650. I timed myself from changing 45acp to .223. After the change and setup I was able to get out 425 rounds of .223 in a hour.

I understand that. But you cannot ship a rifle or shotgun to someone else in another state unless they have an FFL

I was just told that I can ship a long gun from one non-licence person(no ffl) to another non-licence person. I do understand that person has to legally be of age to receive long gun. Here is what A.T.F said: "A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own state...
