I've had that vice for a number of years and like it a lot. It's easy to set up for any of my rifles and is very steady. When setting up a scope it's nice to put the rings in the bottom of the vice. Holds everything.

I mounted my Viridian Serac on my CZ 457 Varmint but when I went to LASER sight it in the adjustments for windage and elevation did not work. I really like the scope. I sent in a request for a replacement from Natchez so, we will see what happens.

I just mounted the Viridian Serac scope to my CZ 457 Varmint and find that I really like the glass. It seems a lot better than my Vortex scope that cost around $ 250. I like the click adjustments and the locking rings ( although they feel cheap ) The rest of the scope feels good.

Thanks for all the great comments. As for shooting out a barrel it's going to take a while. I did have to replace the barrel in my Black Mamba after only 90K rounds. I doubt I will ever shoot that much out of this rifle. I'm too old to spend that much time at the range.

I don't bother cleaning the outside of my revolvers but the chambers get a very good cleaning after every trip to the range.
