I have the same exact rifle as you and mine loves the 55gr Nosler Ballistic tips with IMR 4046. It will shoot under 1" groups at 200 yds with no wind.
I have not tried the 60 gr Nosler Ballistic tips yet but would like too.
I have one of these powder dispensers and really like it. I had not used the unit for approx 5 months, then went to us it yesterday and I could not get it to calibrate with the check weight. The 20gram check weight is suppose to weight 308.6 grains and my scale tells me that it weights 307.9...
45 LC loads
I just buoght a Ruger NEW Vaquero yesterday and I love it. I bought some AA#5 to load with as I have a .45 acp it will also work good in.
I have some unique on hand, but it does not meter well for me using my RCBS powder thrower.

I would start around 44.0 and work up. I have been able to safely go above Hornadays max loads for IMR 4895 and IMR 4064. In my opinion Hornadys Garand section is very conservative.
My best load to date is 47.2 gr IMR 4064; CCI #34 primers; SMK 150 gr; LC 69 brass.

I have a manual, but was wondering what you all use. Well I have a bunch of 110 gr bullets, L C 52 brass, H110 powder and CCI 400 primers. I want to reload a bunch of plinking rounds waiting for my CMP carbine any good safe and standard carbine loads.
