I already searched and found my own name and some of my friends too.
Guess they'll be kicking down my door too. ;)
I would be interested in something like that. Why not take it one step further and make the cylinder to fit primers rather than caps? Make it an inline revolver.
I think you are over-complicating this. :)
I would rely on the handgun for SD. Use a big bore revolver. Practice a LOT. Load it for bear and carry it 24/7.
Use your 336 for hunting. Load it with the appropiate ammo. for the game you are after that day. Spend time practicing, so you know...
Spiff, since you walk everywhere, maybe a cane or staff would be in order?
Personally, I think I would give someone a poke with a cane before I used OC. Just another option to create space and it is already in your hand.

What kind would like to see?
Maybe this is blasphemy, but I'll take a chance on posting it anyway. ;)
I'm interested in getting into BP shooting. I like the idea of not being dependent on cartridges. I also like the idea of experimenting with different loads while at the range. I'm just not impressed with the repro...
Yep, plastic mags.
They don't seem to be a problem though, as long as I treat it as a target gun.
Also, be prepared to pay more for those mags than you might expect.
BTW, my Trailside has never jammed with either PMC or Federal American Eagle ammo.
