It's 0MOA plus the middle of each picatinny section has been removed so rings/mounts with only lugs in the center of the rail won't work. I wound up using a Nightforce Unimount on mine.

Actually I believe you can carry in Lincoln. I haven't ever heard/read anything to the contrary. You can carry in Omaha too if you register your firearm with OPD beforehand. You can't carry in Hastings btw.

I would just spend the money on the collet type bullet puller for your single stage press. I know it isn't the answer you were probably looking for but that is what I am going to do. The RCBS, Hornady, and Wilson all seem to be good choices from what I have seen/read.

I also have had problems getting it to stay belled after doing so. It seems to go right back to where it was.

For .223 on my 550B I use H335 which meters +/- .1gr consistently. I would not use Varget in the Dillon powder measure. After loading I shake each cartridge and verify (by sound/feel) that there is powder in each case. Is it a perfect method...no, however, it works for me.
