I really don't get the they should use AR mags thing. Nobody expects an AR, FAL, M14, 10/22, mags to work. They are different rifles. duh. I love my 2 vz2008.

To be more exact the vz2008 uses the original vz58 milsurp parts versus the czechpoint u.s. made polymer trigger parts. One difference for sure is the original spring has two prongs and the one with czechpoint has one prong. I have thought about buying the czechpoint parts to see if I would like...

Last year I bought 2 century vz2008, vz58s, for 360 each. Best value ever for a 7.62x39 semi auto rifle. They bumped the price up to around 500 now though.
