I posted this over on lightfighter and one of the members told me that the dustcover might be too long on the new 226R's and that the rails on the Sport and R are different and that the compensator wouldn't fit the new rails. :( What say you???

Hey everyone. I have a P226R .357 and was wondering if I could add a compensator from a P226 Sport onto it without having to add a longer barrel? The reason for this??? I just like the way that the P226 Sport looks. Plus, the compensator (muzzle weight, as there are no gas ports in it) would...
