What's the holy grail of firearms?

P90. Non-civilian version with short barrel and full auto. Suppressor would be good too.

    German police trade-in Sig P6/225 9mm

Got mine for $300 including 2 magazines and the insanely overbuilt police holster. Has holster wear, but looks pretty clean inside - no pitting that I've been able to find. Obviously it was carried a lot, but it doesn't look like it was fired all that much.

    Vector Arms AK Underfolder

I just picked up a Vector underfolder. Wood. NICE rifle. Can't even think about comparing it to a Century AK.

FIE Titan .25 - leather holster?

A friend of mine just picked one up and he loves my K&D mini-belt defender (for my P3AT), but they don't support this oddity of a pistol. He would like a high-rise just like the K&D, but we can't find anyone who can work with FIE. Anyone know of a leather crafter that is able to make a...

    Cosmolene Remover?

Wrap it good with paper towels, then put it inside a black plastic trash bag, sit it out in the sun for a day. I did this twice, and ALL the cosmoline is gone from the wood (doesn't seep anymore.).

    $400 for a NIB S&W 686 a good price?

    I would've bought it in a second.

    A CCW badge?

Horrible, horrible idea. "Shoot me, the only logical conclusion is that I'm impersonating you because there's no way you can read the writing on what appears to be a police badge because you're so far away."

CCW While at Work - Why?

Ever worked at a place that has had a disgruntled employee return with a rifle? My company does not allow CC for that very reason. Seriously flawed logic - and it keeps me from carrying. Thus I work from home as much as possible.

You don't mind re-zeroing every time you remove the back cover to clean it?

Ammo shortage article on local news, stock up now!

That's my thinking as well. I have no problem finding 1000 rnd boxes of 7.62x39....

I want to pass on a gun to my son, any suggestions on what to buy?

I was lucky - my heirloom gun will be the first gun I ever purchased, a 6" 686.

    Kel Tec .32s and .380s?

Our last range trip included 2 P3AT's (.380), one that's well broken-in (plus feed ramp polishing) and one that's pretty new. Zero problems with either of them, and we probably ran through 350 rnds of ammunition, being a mixture of WWB, some cheapo flat nose and regular rounded fmj - not to...

    Finally have a .22LR pistol

I recently purchased a Walther P22 as well, took it to the range for the first time a couple of days ago. The thing is a hoot to shoot. Nice and small grip will fit most anyone. I'm tempted to say I enjoy it more than the S&W 22a, if just because the grip fits better. Out of the 7 guns I took...

    Is a .45 A.C.P. FMJ enough?

We had to do this on our farm. Borrowed a backhoe (yes, a BIG hole has to be dug) and the horse was injected right beside it. No mess.

P3AT pocket holster, what do you use?

K&D pocket holster here. 100% satisfied!

Ever let someone borrow a firearm?

HECK no. I wouldn't even take my father's pistol to the range without him.

    Should I be concerned?

Last time we had people on and around our property "scoping it out" in this fashion, they were looking houses to break into. Police agreed. My 2c.

    Help Picking a .380 Pistol

The Bersa Thunder is more comfortable to shoot at the range, but less concealable than the Kel-Tec P-3AT. I have fired both back-to-back.
