The AK is brand new. Everything is perfect, but it has problems with FTF on steel magazines.. I used the Romanian steel mag it came with, 2 different Korean mags, 2 different Croatian mags and I'm getting FTFs. Around 2 FTFs in one 30 round mag.
But it runs absolutely perfect when I use my 2...
I just bought this brand new for $599 plus tax. It came with a steel magazine and a plastic Tapco mag.
I noticed that if I pull on the charging handle and ride it just a little bit, the bolt hangs in the middle... is this normal? I have to push it in for it to enter battery.
Also, It's a...
I've gone out with my 10/22 takedown 3 times now. It seems that the more I shoot, the more it loses accuracy. The first few shots were accurate, as I zeroed in the scope. I've shot about 300 rounds today and after a hundred or so rounds, the rifle wasn't accurate anymore. My neighbor says this...
So far, the cheapest place I've seen here in Las Vegas is Wal Mart. $10 for a box of 50 9mm, Winchester brand. Every gun store I've been to sells em for close to twice as much.
Also, any online stores selling for cheap?
I just bought a used XMD 9mm with the 3.8" barrel for $650
My questions are:
1, I noticed it has Trijicon sights. It says H3 09 on both the front and rear sights. Are these what come on the stock XDMs?
2, I bought the 3.8" barrel. What am I missing out on compared to the 4.5" pistols...
I dropped the slide on my S&W Sigma .40 and it landed right on the back of the rail, now there's a crack on it:
Do I have to buy a whole new slide? Is there a parts list I can order it from? Do I send it back to S&W? I bought this gun used a week ago.
I have a S&W Sigma .40 caliber. I've been taking it to the range and I'm not happy with its accuracy at all. At first, I thought it was the hefty trigger pull. I fixed that, but it's still pretty inaccurate. I shot about 15 feet:
I used Fiocchi, Federal, Winchester. All FMJ rounds...
Is this bad for it? I keep my magazines loaded on my SW 40 sigma. The magazine spring tension was too tight, so I've been keeping them fully loaded to make the springs softer. So far, it's been working. It's easier to load the magazines now, but is this good for it?
Has anyone followed this tutorial? I just did it and it improved the trigger drastically. Shot over 300 rounds much smoother compared to before I did the trigger job.

Are people who own guns allowed to modify them as long as they don't turn into full automatics? I want to work on my S&W Sigma and smooth out the trigger some more. What are the limits to what you can do with your gun?
Ever heard of "Tulammo" or "American Eagle" brand ammo?
They were 40% off at a local gun shop, so I bought 6 boxes of 50.
American Eagle .40 cal FMJ
and
Tulammo .40 caliber with steel casing.
Are these any good?
I saw an ad on the classified ads for a "like new" Smith and Wesson Sigma .40 caliber for $200. comes with 2 magazines, case, eye and ear protection and a box of ammo (not sure how many).
is this a good deal? More importantly, is this a good pistol?
I want to buy a gun from a guy selling his pistol in the classified ads. Is it better to pay in cash? What do I look for, all I need from him is the gun and his blue card, right? Does he have to go to the police station with me to transfer the gun over to my name?
I'm trying to choose beween the two. They are both brand new and come with 2 magazines with eye and ear protection as well as a couple hundred rounds of ammo.
I have a Ruger 22 Single Six New Model. It's a 22 with an interchangeable 22 magnum cylinder.
It's my only gun, so I'm stuck with the 22 caliber. I have some Remington 22 magnums hollow point, 22 lr, and CCI full jacket 22 magnum 40 grain, CCI 22 Magnum explosive hollow point .
Which one...
I took mine out for the first time to shoot and I noticed that the .22 magnum is much more inaccurate compared to the .22. Is this normal for this gun model?
