I've bought bullets from two separate casters lately. 200lswc .452's and 175lswc .401's. Both used blue lube, and it's crap. Brittle, falling out of the gooves and messing up my dies. Hunks of blue all over my bench. Some bullets missing lube entirely because it's flaked off. I'd blame the...
I just finished a batch of my current favorite 44mag plinking load - 9.8 AA5 under a 260rnfp. Checking my handiwork I realized they're, well, perfect. Don't get me wrong. The bullets are cheap and kind of rough. The cases have been loaded about 10 times already. They just look perfect...

On my LnL AP, unless I very snugly wrench-tighten the powder measure in it's bushing, it'll work it's way loose and pop out of place at the worst time. I changed to a bushing with a better fit, but it'll still come out unless I get it really tight. Is this typical, and is there a fix?
I get kinks in my case retainer spring on my AP. The first one finally broke. Happily I had a spare (which is already kinked). I must be doing something wrong. Any advice?
I'm loading with 10mm 180gr JHP Zero Bullets. They're .610 long. I'd appreciate it if some of you guys with different bullet brands could tell me what length they are. Thanks.
