I never thought id see the day where i couldnt get the 154gr soft points but havent seen wolf or tula x39 up here in Alaska in quite some time. I may have several paperweights pretty soon. :(
I live in Alaska and helped my buddy sight his 375 HH at the range. I think it took me like 12 shots. I literally got a nosebleed from the concussion while doing so. Im not a novice shooter. Its less painful when shooting in real life instead of behind the thing trying to sight it in.
You get...
I did make out good, though with fees and shipping I didn't do as good as of have thought. Chalk it up to inexperience. I think I might have paid more than I should have and was sweating bullets with no reserve up until the last bit of the auction. It was hair raising.
The real downer of this...
Awesome name by the way. Thought about naming my boat phantom 309. Idk if that would be bad juju or not but that song gives me goosebumps every time I hear it.
Thank you! I was trying to edit the information, and didn't see the "Add additional info" which threw me off.
I saw @LoonWulf as highest bidder and it would be super neat for this to go to a highroad member. I fear my amateur GunBroker posting could be hindering the sale but at least fellow...
I have added more pictures. Hopefully that helps. Someone has bid so I cannot add anything else to the text side of things. Hopefully this shows more information for NRA condition, etc.
Hey guys. I was asked in a previous post to list the rifle if it went up for auction and it has. Started it at a penny

I totally agree with the SA/DA up here! Aside from using it for bear defense I don't have a real purpose for it though.
I've taken guitars and threw them across the floor so that I wouldnt have to worry about scratches but I'd just feel bad about doing that to a 50 year old pistol that had...
It's a shame that I'd never carry it up here in Southeast Alaska. Waaaaaay too nice. I have defaulted to my Tupperware glock20 as it always goes bang, great firepower to weight ratio, and I don't mind if it gets dinged.
My Belgian made 30-06 will do 1 to 2 inch groups reliably. A better shooter could probably do better but it's good enough for hunting and ALWAYS goes bang.
I will do that. I assume it's ok to just put the link in this thread when I do. I am gonna put it up probably next Saturday when I get home and start it at a dollar on GB.
I sent a message to Bain and David gun shop on Facebook not intending to get a response as they looked inactive for a few years but got a timely response. They said that it looked like one of their custom mini14 conversions built by a man by the name of Walter "Red" Little. He made these from...
That would be neat. Without paperwork I doubt I could say that it was done by them. I will look into them for more information though!
I will probably end up putting it on an auction site but will handle In real life before making that decision
