FWIW you apparently can convert a G21 to shoot 10mm by swapping the barrel out, not sure about the mag. In other words, no extractor changes needed. The smaller diameter isn't great enough to cause problems.

Up the charge slightly (staying below max) and see if it cleans up. Probably just needs a little more chamber pressure. If that is not the problem you got a weird one!

the 45 isn't quite a 10mm but www.doubletapammo.com gets us close with their hot acp loads until springfield pulls through... An XD10 on the tactical frame would be sweet though wouldn't it!

You can't buy a 10mm CZ, or at least I have never seen one...
