After following the advice I got in this thread I shimmed the stock with pieces of brass. I got my 200 yard 10 shot groups from 14" to 4.5". Thanks!

I sight my M1A so it shoots 3" high at 100 yards. This puts it close to right on at about 300 yards. I'd recommend starting at 25, then moving out to 100.
