I carry a CM9 in a Recluse pocket holster when wearing cargo shorts or pants. When wearing jeans, I sometimes carry the CM9 in a Silent Thunder IWB. However, if carrying IWB I much prefer my Kahr K9 in a Silent Thunder.

I have a plain Custom II, and a Compact CDP II. Both have been 100% reliable since day one. I have no complaints. I would suggest as others have, getting some Wilson or Tripp magazines.

I have a P2000 .40 V2, USP .40C, P30S, and a P2000sk .40 V2. My EDC is the HK P2000sk. I would suggest the P2000sk. Soft shooting, accurate, great ergonomics, and 100% reliable.

I agree with the above post. Bang for buck is a wash at around $1,000. I have a 5" Wilson CQB, that is no more accurate or reliable than my Baer TRS. At the same time neither Wilson nor the Baer, is any more accurate or reliable than a plain Kimber Custom II I own.

What is expensive to one person, will be cheap to another. Just a fact. I prefer 1911's. All mine have been flawless. Unlike the Glock and HK, I once owned. I own "several" 1911's. But for CCW, I prefer a Kimber Ultra Carry II with night sights and Crimson Trace grips.
