I have a 91/30 that has shot a 3 or 4 shot group at 100yds that a nickle would cover. It's been a while back it was from a bench and bags.Iron sights. I don't remember the ammo. Most likely some light ball. I had a witness but no camera.

Update... Range report. 40yds with... 1-Winchester low brass #8/2.75/Dove load Massive hole in the center. 80%-85% of the shot in a 12" circle. 2-Federal High brass 00 buckshot/3"mag. I was really surprised at how bad the pattern was. It was not a very tight pattern at all. At least...
