I dont think I would store ammo in a safe. Maybe a flimsy metal cabinet or a wooden cabinet. I keep mine in a basement room and keep it off the floor on a raised wooden floor. There are no windows but I do keep a dehumidifier nearby when the weather turns humid.
Here in Maine a Bangor based newspaper thought it would be a good idea to gather names of ALL concealed weapons permit holders in the name of research. The Bangor Daily News used the Freedom of Access Act to attempt to gather the names and addresses and dates of birth for those who have a legal...
Timmy4,
Maybe this explanation will give you the clarity which you are allegedly looking for. The Amendments to the Constitution, were not added to the Constitution until after it was written. Militia was a term used in the Constitution (you indicated that you read it already) The Amendments...
Not a bargain at all. However, if someone needs some it beats an empty chamber. I was trying to buy some brass and found that this would be a little easier but not much harder on the wallet. It took me an hour to be able to scroll through the purchase process because of the high volume of...
Thats the range this stuff is, however, I traded a bunch of ammo for a firearm and then came across a hardship case on a sale of a new Windham Weaponry. Now I needed ammo again. So, bought a little more for the new brass and going to have to reload for the caliber again.
For any of you looking for .223 ammo I recieved a flyer tonight from Natchez and found that they had some in stock. I placed an order (one case of 500 allowable) I wont post the price, it was high but not outrageous if you need it. Good luck if you are looking for any.

Thats good advice. Again, that is what he is trying to do. He has no connection to it and is liquidating the things he just doesnt need. I will list it in the for sale section I think and see what happens. I appreciate the help in this endeavor.

Thanks Will, I appreciate the information. I do not find an AA on the pistol. I was perusing some sites reference the stampings behind the trigger guard in the photo and at the back of the slide. Its highly likely that I dont know what I am talking about. I will look over the magazine a little...
Hey all,
I have limited knowledge of WW1 1911's. With that said I am looking for a little help in establishing a value for a friend's pistol. It is in the 102xxx serial number range and appears to be Arsenal rebuilt in Augusta? The original owner or borrower tried to scratch out the Government...
Just purchased the Ruger LCR with the Tritium front sight. It appears the backstrap is a bit thicker than other standard LCR's I have looked at. Might be an optical illusion due to the high front sight. I would have to compare them side by side and dont have another handy. Shoots to point of aim...
I will tell you this; our agency (less than 100 officers) have just ordered Sig 250's 45 acp pistols. We had a large group of officers make the decision and had HK's,Glock's,Springfield XD's as well as Sigs on the benches and in the end Sig and HK came out on top. The next issue or problem was...
Here we go, I have a Model 52 variant with very heavy barrel. It has the two screw adjustable trigger and a six digit serial starting with 83XXXC. The stock looks to be the original with the adjustable sling holes and swivels in the forend of the stock(walnut). I have the Redfield sight (both...
I am helping an elderly lady sell off her gun collection and have run into a pistol that normally would not be worth much but have been told that this one might be worth more due to nazi proof marks on the end of the barrel and on the right side of the frame. It is marked 7.65 Court 9 Coups...
