/\/\ 0000 steel wool is the finest I think. Some ppl use it to polish oxidized glass and metal. Just make sure you keep it well lubed when you are polishing and dont rub too hard. Just cause its "fine" doesnt mean its not abrasive.

I would say something could be worked out. The CZ 75 SS model has an ambi safety from the factory. But, Im no gunsmith. lol

Happy early bday, and congrats on buying a nice shooter. I really like my SP-01 tac. Only downside with the decocker, is that after a day of training with a fairly new pistol my thumb was very sore from all the decocking. My next CZ will be a thumb safety version.

Since your familiar with the XD platform thats what Id go with, but either one would be fine. My PM9 is my EDC, whereas my XD9 is my OWB around the house, hunting and bedside gun.
