well im back. i used my 30-30 but only saw a single doe, it wasd to small for me, so i held off. i actually got rained out. it poured all saturday day and night, and sunday morrning was slow. also when i got there someone moved a stand of mine, so i had to build one before i left. But...

Thank you. I got it fixed now. I took it to my gunsmith and he looked at the bolt and used some to tool to simulate a dry fire and it popped the fireing pin back in place and all was well again. Thank you for your help once again.

yea i dont have them sighted in, but im going to the range tomorrow, and i can sight them there, so not to worried about that. i was more concerned with the knock down and how fast the bullet will drop. I normaly hog hunt with the m44 and deer hunt with my 30-06, how ever i have hunted 1 time...
