    Home Defense (Philosophy)

You fight for your family, your stuff, your life, your doing what needs to be done to survive and protect your family. A soldier leaves his family and stuff, risks his own life to fight for your rights and your families way of life. That is why he is a hero. That being said I still fully...

    About to buy carry gun.

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll go back to my original plan of the Bersa. Then save up and get a full size CZ 75 B later. Also, I love shooting my S&W double action revolver so was considering a Double Action Only pistol for carry. Springfield Armory or CZ, but is this a good idea for a...

    About to buy carry gun.

I am ready to buy my concealed carry gun. I am going with 9mm because I will be able to practice more due to the lower cost of ammo, I have a Model 15 S&W K38 right now and don't shoot as much as I would like because of the price of .38 special CTG. I was planning on getting the Bersa Thunder...

    Beer at a gas station

I got a ticket for drinking a beer at a gas station. Probably wouldn't have if my friend had even a little control of his mouth. You say YES SIR, not WHY SIR. Anyway the cop was real nice to me and said this ticket was like a non moving violation in a car, he also said it would cost about $50...

    Simple safety question

I was recently reading about the Ruger Bearcat, thought it would be a nice first pistol for my son. Anyway the article says the new firing pin set up will not let the gun fire if it is dropped on the hammer, very nice. Question is, I own a S&W K38 Model 15 and have no idea if I dropped this...

    1961 S&W .38 Combat Masterpiece

Beautiful guns everyone. I noticed there seems to be two different grip styles for the M15. Mine are two piece and just cover the frame, slick6's are one piece that seems to be a bigger grip. Are these both original? Is there an advantage to either one. Just curious. Thanks.

    M15-1 .38

This is my first hand gun. S&W .38 Special CTG, M15-1, SN K459750. It is a four screw, the blue is in perfect condition except for a small blemish on the chamber. The factory diamond grips were perfect until I got to them. I removed to check they had correct serial number and nicked the...
