When I was 10 years old my father took me to the range with him for the first time and taught me how to shoot a 22 rifle. He had also brought his Mauser to zero in for his first and only deer hunt and he let me fire it. It kicked like a mule and the scope dinged me over my eye but I shot it...
I recently discovered and enlisted in the Texas State Guard.
Since 9-11 I've wanted to get back into the military but was too old. The TXSG gave me the ability to serve my country again.

Stick a 45acp shell on top of the black plastic primer rod. It's a perfect fit.
I've got 2 SDBs and a 550 and have a shell on each primer rod and never have problems with primer feeding.
CZ makes a 9mm single action CZ-75SA that I user for IDPA.
My carry guns are A Kimber Ultra II or a Kimber fullsize Eclipse and the single action CZ is a low cost shooter with the same feel of a 1911
I would go towards a longer OAL. My experience with the SWC is that they need to be seated amlost to the max OAL so that the shoulder of the wad cutter rides on the feed ramp.

Also drilled and tapped the plate to add the bullet trays. Works out very well.
Now I can load 9mm and 45 acp on the...
I've been using the C&H Swagger. It's less expensive then the dillon and easier to use then the RCBS. Here is a link to their site (look under priming tools ) and a link to a review of it

Most likely the problem is that you sizing die is not adjust down far enough. Where the cartridge neck statrts is probaly a few thousands off.
Best way to tell is with a case gauge.
I have just started loading 223 and had the same problem with the first few rounds I produced. The problem is that the the neck is a few thousands too far forward.
Using a case gauge it has a step that the case head is supposed to be below the top step but above the bottom step. My cases...
