I can't speak specifically to these guns, but don't hesitate to buy from J&G. As a Phoenix resident, i chat with these chaps at gun shows, and stock up on ammo when they are in town (they are based in Prescott, AZ). Good bunch of folks!

I bought and shot 5 boxes from Cabelas a few weeks back, in 38spl. The price was great, it shot just fine, and i'll buy more if it becomes available again. It didn't seem any more dirty or less accurate than the other lower cost ammo.

Mueller's are exceptional scopes for the money, but i don't know why you believe they are made in the U.S. Everything i've read says they are Made in China, as are a whole host of scopes in this price range.
