Stevens Savage Model 15 rimfire rifle

I have a beat-up Stevens Savage Model 15 kiddy rifle, or at least it looks like one. A single shot manual cock version. On the barrel it seems to have a "M" or maybe double triangles pointing to the muzzle. I would like to know if this could be a Green Mountain barrel as it shoots pretty darn...

BartSr here as a redo member We moved from Portland, OR to Arizona three years ago. Live 9 miles from a local shooting range (yay). Have been getting more and more interested in flintlock stuff as I usually make underhammers. My latest is a .22 cal flintlock using a 10-22 barrel and home...

    Add a rear sight to a Marlin Mdl 200 - 12ga

It would be nice if a rear sight (of some kind) could be silver-soldered to the barrel of my Marlin shotgun (a H&R Pardner look-alike) with a fixed MOD choke. It's kinda hard to hit targets accurately at 50yds without any rear-sight at all. 50yds: Paul

    NEF Pardner Protector

I picked up a Marlin Mdl-200 12ga for $90 including xfer fee from a pawnshop in WA state. Almost new, it is. Case hardened finish, too. It looks just like the H&R pardner type. Paul

OK, I was wrong. Rethinking home SD loads

OK, I've been following this one, as I have one of those exposed hammered Chinese Coach's in 12ga. It states on the receiver, that shot should be lead only, that's OK with me. It's a hoot to shoot. But should I shoot slugs with it?

    ShotShell Reloading (12ga) halp!

So, now I have a coach shotgun and I've been saving the hulls. Today I purchased 209 type primers and yesterday I purchased RP12 wads. I have some shotshell powder, Alliant Blue-Dot (and Reloader-15, Bullseye). I just purchased a Lee single-stage (used) with some assorted dies, not shotgun. I...

    Century Arms Chinese made shotguns

I just bought one tonight at Big-5 in Hillsboro Oregon. After I got it home, I noticed that the forepiece would not lock in to the barrels. Took the forepiece apart and filed down the rear of the notch, and bingo it latches. I noticed that the barrel states "Lead shot only". Bummer, now I get...

I was OK until I went to Dixie Consolidated Site I have been looking at Ruger 1022 rifles. Maybe because the ammo is so inexpensive. Today I saw the Dixie Consolidated site, Oh Gosh, I love it! (LP-3) Now What? Paul
