I voted for the Glock, (I own a G23) but I would be hard pressed to pass on an M&P. They don't have the options like the Glock but they sure do shoot nice.
I wouldnt call new revolvers junk. But my S&W 19-2 is a lot nicer than my S&W 617. The same as my old model BH is nicer than my SP101. But they all shoot well and function flawlessly
All petitions need to get 150 signatures to go public. I know it is spitting in the wind but I had to do something. I already contacted congressman and senators.
I posted a link to another petition I made earlier today if your already registered might as well sign mine too if you agree with it. I need to get to 150 before it goes public.
Hello,
I know it won't do a whole lot of good but, I have created a petition in response to all the closed mindedness I have see on both side of the gun control craziness as of late. The gun nazi's think that an ar15 was the cause of Sandy Hook and the NRA blamed it on video games like they...
I agree, I have a few barrels for my Glock the factory barrel is the least accurate as any of them. But it is the one I keep in there for home protection.
I do agree putting an AR together isn't rocket science. That being said I didn't want to fool with putting the upper together, thats why I went with Del-Ton.
I built mine for about 500 minus all the mags I bought. Compared to 1k I would say you save a little. You might just wait till the market totally drops out and prices drop.
I have a mid length kit and built it on a doublestar lower. The kit is just fine. There is just a hell of a wait. I am sure it is speeding up now. As far as tools go you just need the spanner for the stock. Del-ton assembles and test fires the uppers for you. It is worth it in my book. They are...
Like RC Said you will need to open up the gas port to get more gas to cycle the action since it will have less time. I would just find out the size of the port with a sbr and open it up to that.
I shoot a 158 over 3 grains of red dot for my 38 loads but as far as least amount of recoil like it has been said I would find the lightest bullet you could get then go from there.
I have a 22 that I have tried all kinds of stuff in. I finally settled on Lonewolf 3.5 connector with a stock spring. I tried stock glock 8,5, & 3.5 connectors with stock and NY springs. I liked the combo I have the best. I also went through and polished all the mating surfaces. I also added a...
Since you have that much money I would look into sending it to a smith good with blackhawks. I am sure you can do a search. I am broke so I do all my own work. I would find someone to slick up the trigger, check the timing, Check all the chambers for uniform size and ream if needed. You didn't...
I use blue locktight and have never had a problem. What you should be telling people is don't use red or JB Weld. I picked up a Contender barrel once mainly for the fore end and the scope mount with the plans on selling the barrel for the price I paid for it. I had a lot of trouble getting the...
Well a contender will set you back a lot less than a Colt. You have to pay for the pony. I have a Contender and and Encore. I use to have the Encore set up as a pistol but it was just too big. Now I just run the Contender as a pistol. My current calibers are 7-30 Waters, 357 Mag, .222. I have...
