So now how do I know if they are true AK-74 mags or are they .223 conversion magazines?

I've happened upon four of them. Three of them still in the box and all four still wrapped in plastic. I have no use for them other that what they're worth. Thanks for your help.

Yes. Maybe that's what the ADJ is signifying? I know I have never seen an adjustable factory trigger from Glock either. The G40 is just so new I thought there may be something different about it. This model is not even listed in the users manual.
