I just talked with Ruger Customer Service and they said the LCP will be shipping to Distribution at the end of March.

Gunblast says the LCP shipped to distribution on 2/29. Also heard that 87K of them have already been sold. A little worried about the implications of that to their availability...even though I have put a deposit on one at my local dealer. Anybody got any insight on how this will go down...
