    1. Never call that gunsmith again. 2. Yes, it's easy to improve the trigger of a CZ. Check over on the cz forums (czfirearms.us) and also look around on czcustom.com and cajun gun works. They all sell the parts you need to make your CZ far and away one of the best triggers around.

i totally forgot about this thread, i don't think i've been on THR in forever. here's a pic my wife took at one of the usual local matches in may, catching the loud end of the gun while running down an elevated platform.

Review & Range Report > CZ 75 SP 01 Shadow

what is better is subjective. the 75b is lighter, and comes in at a much lower price point. the sp-01 series adds an upswept beavertail, night sights, front rail, and a heavier duty barrel. it is available in manual or decocker trigger group. the sp-01 shadow adds competition sights with...

Review & Range Report > CZ 75 SP 01 Shadow

my two cents and a couple responses. i shoot em and love em. i transitioned into production division in uspsa with an sp-01 and made some good strides forward. 50 yard groups were just over a foot two handed on the area 5 standards in about 7-8 seconds. best i've seen is 40 yards, 8 inches bill...

    CZ-75 Trigger questions

SA trigger - yes and no. you may need to file the sides where the trigger pin is if it rubs in the frame. on the couple i installed they both needed a little, but not much, of 400 grit followed by a polish on both sides to move freely. comp hammer - no. you need to modify the safety leg of...

once you generally know what you want, the rest is subjective. i like leather. milt sparks, hbe, hazel, high noon get good reviews. i like leather as it's softer on the skin and easier on the gun. however, kydex is fast. blade tech makes good holsters.

    CZ 75 Tactical Sport Questions

i've watched CZs lay a 5" bill drill at 40 yards on uspsa classifier 4 bill drill. the TS gets great accuracy for the money.

    CZ75 or Sig P6

yes, take a look at the pcr or p-01. the pcr is harder to find, but i see p-01s often. have 24k rounds through one i use as a race gun and only had to replace springs recently. seen mud and rain, too. i also carry an sp-01 that i shoot in uspsa production division. runs great.

Here's my wedding cake. USPSA theme with an SP-01. Cake guy did a decent job for being wierded out when I told him what I wanted and tried to show him pictures. He got the details down like the rail, trigger, grip checkering, sights, cz rollmarks, etc. :D
