trackskippy, that is definitely low!!
doubleh, I may do that. The sight has a sort of "rear sight" part on it, but it doesn't really hit where the front sight is at.
So far, I do like this sight. And For less than $100, I'm impressed.
Thanks for the likes, everyone.
I chose to go with this color because I felt it kind of matched the brown tones in the wood grips somewhat. Regardless, I like the color of the sight anyway.
Well, several months later, I returned the Holosun because I ultimately didn't like it. I felt the lense distorted what I was looking at, and the frame was a bit too thick. And really, the green dot wasn't much [if any] more clear than a red dot. I ended up getting a Vortex Frenzy, for a lot...
I took this rifle, as well as my old Clerke barrel 10/22 to the range a couple weeks ago and have come to the conclusion that my older rifle might have a split personality or something. The "Kiddquartsen", as I've started calling it, was about the same with CCI Standard Velocity rounds. In the...

IMO,....the 22lr pistol with the best trigger for the cheap 22lr pistols out there....is the Taurus TX22. I have one and can get amazing groups because the trigger is so good. I used to own the Walther P22. It's okay. Trigger is definitely heavier. Not shot a Ruger SP22.
I took the Echelon back out to the range over the weekend. I think I'm beginning to understand it better. Groups were decent as well. May keep it after all....as well as the CZ.
For anyone with astigmatism, the red dot on red dot sights may not be all that defined...so a green dot helps with that. Is there a GOOD quality micro green dot site out there?
I used to have an all steel CZ....SP-01. It was a fine gun. Sold it because I no longer liked the "distressed look" a jerk gunsmith put on it...and didn't want to go through the issue of refinishing it. Really,...most of my issue with the steel CZs, like the SP-01, is that I'd prefer it hot...
