I'm about to unitize my m14's gaz system and I'm wondering wether or not I should remove the shims I have placed earlier to shim the gaz system?
I'm affraid the shims might melt during welding and leave a gap rendering both shimming and unitizing useless.
yep well the M&P 40 has pros and cons...
In canada if you get a lemon (and theres a fair amount of chances you do cause smith has lowered their quality standards) you cannot ship it back to get it repaired because SW doesnt want to honour their warranty, but thats just canada.
IMO save the...
I have a savage mark II G (left handed model) I'd like to change the barrel to an heavy target barrel, would that be possible? Ive heard people had a gunsmith fit a 10/22 bull barrel to their savages (i highly doubt that though)
i'm not sure if it's been told already but that gun is displayed in the new max payne movie, it's displayed as a handcannon, it absolutely destroys everything
nothing comparable to any 410 damage i've seen
Sorry I didn't mean to harm you, I have multiple guns too including handguns I just said that comparing all the restrictions we have compared to you as for the lattitude, it also extends far more at north I think?
Anyhow, I apologize if I misbehaved, will not happen again
I just received an e-mail from Brownells which kinda urged me to vote against em Democrats. Alas, I'm in Canada, the no-gun land. And it reminded me of the situation up here
As some might know, we also just had elections in Canada (yeah our elections last just about a month or so:D) and...
i heard land mines where particularly effective as bear defense.
Have you tried the keyring technique? you shake it and they go nuts, passive defense, I'm a pro-that, I like the nature to cycle itself and interfer only one season a year :)

I have the same gun.
Now the front sight is loose (aswell as the back actually) and will leave original position after every shot fired, while I was thinking about getting it fixed, I thought it'd be nice to replace em by a tang sight set instead.
Since it's a top ejector I don't have much...
thank you very much for the answers, when I had the opportunity to shoot one I did feel the click but I let the trigger all the way to initial position so I did not really enjoy the benefits of the mechanism
I'd be delighted to go shooting a glock with a guy whose forum name is...
these are 5 mvp's... you can't really go wrong with any of these, just go with the best design you like. they all proved to be really effective (Altough I think HK is too expensive)
What are the advantages of the Glock safety? I don't fully understand even if I fired one once; Its not a real safety, I mean if you pull the trigger at any time the shot will go... also that means it won't allow speedshooting, will it? (since the trigger half release is the so called safety)
