    sig-225

Heck I paid about $400 for my P6, I got it about a year ago when they were coming over but not in the numbers they are now. Off the top of my head it's about 25, 26 years old. And it's sure got some "honest use" marks which I certainly don't mind at all! That said it is a SWEET SHOOTER, fits my...

    I was "fake" robbed yesterday

Ok Lloyd, maybe I jumped the gun. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If I was wrong, I apologize. But I am kind of curious why you have now erased the phrase "You should have learned your lesson on the basketball court!" from the 2 posts it was in? What does it mean to you?

    I was "fake" robbed yesterday

Lloyd, tell me that you did not just quote Derek, the lead skinhead from the movie American History X, just before he "curbs" one of the black guys who was trying to steal his truck. Real high road. :barf:

    Kel Tec P-3at

I must be special. I can put 100 rounds downrange in one session with only minor soreness and no bleeding. :D No malfs with mine, love it. I had an issue with the blueing on the slide rusting and KelTec replaced the slide at no cost and no hassle. Im283... I agree that it is a "get off me gun"...

    Question about SIG pistols.

IIRC the P6 designation for the Sig was from the German police testing in the 70's. HK submitted the P7, Walther submitted the P5. Sig changed the model # to 225 when importing to the USA. AFAIK the P6 has a stiffer DA trigger pull, replacing the springs might alleviate that. Other than the...

    SW1911 grip screws - what's the deal?

Thanks. I was going to go the "Purchase new bushings" route but I want to keep an eye on this thread and make sure the screws/bushings are standard size first (this is the only 1911 I own)

    SW1911 grip screws - what's the deal?

Tag. I bought some grips for my S&W 1911, tried to install and one of the bushings came out of the frame, stuck on the screw. Never got around to fixing it, just left stock grips on... interested to hear this so maybe I can fix it.

    South Carolina LEO in VA

Do you know what you're talking about? 120 days to serve for two misdemeanor convictions is a big deal in Virginia. I see people convicted of DUI's all day long getting a 30 day sentence with 28 days suspended...

PMC Bronze 9mm Luger 115gr FMJ??

Shoots fine in my Glock though I think it's a bit underpowered. If that price includes shipping it's not bad.

    Question on 5.11 Tactical gear

It's a wool/poly blend. It's a semicasual type. I'd wear it to court but your standards might be higher. ;) The cut is good for me in the shoulders, arms, chest. It flares/widens out at the lower 1/4 to 1/3, which is good for concealment but not flattering. Looks to be well made.
