Anyone have experience with a Tucker Silent Thunder for a S&W 442. I have one for my 1911 and am looking to get one for my 442.

I bought a Tucker Silent Thunder IWB for my Ultra and man does it work. Leather lined Kydex, adjustable cant and retention, sweat guard and single belt clip. For a 3" 1911 I think it's the perfect IWB (for me anyway), I hardly know it's there. The only thing I may get is their Slimline belt clip...

Just picked up a Ultra Crimson Carry II, Traded my Stainless Custom and $575. A little adjusting of the laser and whamo good to go. It even fits in my Uncle Mikes IWB for my 442.

I've found the front pocket the best and most secure for me to carry my 442 I've tried IWB and OWB and they just don't feel as secure. I know ya can't draw as quick but it stays put and in the Mikes doesn't print. I saw the Cross Breed and am thinking of getting one for my 5" 1911. Anyone like...

I think this is pretty darn close. Slips in the pocket and comes out quick, not too much recoil unless used with +P, 5 shots is usually more than enough for CQB and .38 +P will blister your hand at the range. I have the S&W CT 405 grips on mine for night work.

I've been around firearms all my life but never carried. Now that I have my permit, I was wondering how long it took before (those how carry) got use to it. Meaning, it (the weapon) being on your person as well as actually carrying a firearm. Maybe It's just me but the more I do it the more...
