Since that subsection does not give a penalty it would appear to me that 724.22(2) would fit, basically making a handgun available to anyone under age 21 and NOT meeting the conditions of 724.22(4) or (5) a serious misdemeanor.

Anybody know where I can find info on a 1911 type .45 cal handgun, Austrian or German markings? Possible date stamp 1942. Had one reported stolen locally and I have no knowledge of such a gun. Thanks.
I got the self defense dvd last year and read and re-read the letter telling me I could keep it as a free gift. I did. But expect several months of weekly invoices telling you that you still haven't paid for it and they want their money.
I can't really imagine any LEO not wanting to know who is armed in any given situation. I think it would be better to disclose it up front than have them notice it on thier own.
I'm an LEO and have supported CC since before I was. The sheriff in the county I work in issues many CC permits. The sheriff of the county I live in won't issue any. Seems like personal preference.
