    Which .22LR Revolver

Search this forum under Taurus 94, you find some people that love them or someone like myself that went through two brand new out of the box 94's that did not work. Fortunately, my dealer handed my money back after the second dud. I saved my money and bought the Smith 317 3in. and have been...

    9mm VS. 40cal. Ammo Prices

Not sure why it did not post my message earlier: I 'm pretty much a revolver guy looking for a semi-auto. Not enough ammo available in my area to price shop. I know that the stopping power of the 40 is better, but I want something that I can afford to practice with. What kind of prices are...

    Burned Buying Taurus M94

I also had trouble w/ two lightweight 94's, both brand new out of the box did not work(light hammer strikes). I had a great dealer w/ a range, so both were fired just after purchase. After the second one, he refunded my money, I saved some more and bought a S&W 317, very happy w/ the Smith.

    Curio & Relic questions

I'm new to the C&R concept. What are the restrictions on selling a C&R Handgun, If you hold a C&R? Do you just go by your state FTF laws? Sounds like a fun way to try out some things and then pass them on if it's legal.

    Sportsmens Warehouse

This is sad news, I've shopped the Roanoke VA store about 4 times. I preferred it over BPS. They did not try to be a tourist attraction, just everything that you need at a good price. I guess that the new(year old)Gander Mountain did it in, it's larger than the norm for Gander's, nice store...

    Recommend a 22 revolver

My Wife also likes her Smith 317 w/ 3in barrel. I tried 2 different Taurus 94's, trying to save some money, I got what I paid for. I never left the gun store/range w/ either. Neither would work new out of the box, dealer gave me my money back.

    I have $300, I want a .22 pistol...

I have to say a Walther P22, my first 2-300 rounds(break in) were rough but now it runs like a champ, w/ cheap Remington Golden HP($15.97 for 550 at Wally World) or Winchester 333 HP's. Fun handgun that the whole family enjoys.

    Walther P22 Feeding Issues

I second the Remington Golden Bullet HP's ($15.97 for 550 at Wally World) I have about 600 rounds thru mine, tried alot of the cheap stuff, excellent luck w/ the Remington Goldens and a close second is the Winchester 333 HP. Not so good luck w/ Federal Bulk or Wildcats.

Why does a .22 airweight cost more than a .38 airweight?

I got 317 w/ the 3in barrel about a month ago, I am impressed by it. However, I never would have purchased it without a steep discount(leo) and rebate. I tried two seperate Taurus 94's, both brand new out of the box had lite pin strike problems and the dealer credited my money back. It is...

    Taurus 94 22LR Vs.Taurus 94 Ultra-Lite

Quick update my local dealer ordered a 94 Ultralite 2in SS, picked it up walked out to his range, I got lite strikes about every 2nd-3rd shot, he tried, same results. He let me take home a normal weight 94 until he could get a new one in, It worked fine, just a very heavy DA, not the fun...

    Taurus 94 22LR Vs.Taurus 94 Ultra-Lite

I just recently bought a S&W 638 for carry, however I need something to cheaply practice with and also introduce my wife to handguns. This gun will be shot alot. I like the idea(hiking, fishing,CC,etc) of the ultra-lite Taurus 94 2in., but wonder how it will hold up long term. My budget is the...
