    Surprisingly the choke I have found to give this pattern is a 2xfull choke yes I have tried cylinder and modified.

    The 4 buck would be ok for your dogs and foxs out to 30 m but would lack killing power further out.Ok for pigs out to 20 m but will wound at longer rangers .I think 1 is a good compromise .They also stack better when using protection via a wad or thicker wrap.
