There is no difference. It is a matter of principle. Only AR-15 and CAR's should be stamped therefore they don't allow any legitimate AR-15 rifles. Has nothing to do with performance.

That just doesn't make any sense. If the any FFL is only alowed to sell pistols in florida to persons at the age 21 and over. How is it lawful to sell a pistol to anyone under the age of 21 on a private sell? My next qustions would be, after selling, is it legal for the gun to be registered...

Emma IMO, wait. Tell your husband its for the safety and well being of your newborn. I would never take my child to any gun range for that matter until there atleast somewhat aware of there surroundings.

So your saying that a legal owner of a pistol over the age of 21 can sell a pistol to an 18 year old. I highly doubt that...???
