Try shooting with both eyes open and a strip of duct tape over the front of the acog. We did this in the army to get use to both eyes open. I'm not sure how it works but it helped make shooting with both eyes more comfortable.

As a kid I use to shoot pencils, match sticks, blades of grass and and anything safe I could get a bead on. Thank goodness for good parents and the milk carton looking 5,000 packs of BBs. Good times.

The only shotguns I have seen in the military are M500s. They all had the PGO stock in the arms room but there are regular stock that can be switched out. I have only seen shotguns used to kill wild dogs but that was in a very rural area with no doors to breach and we didnt use trucks.
