the rifle is a remington 700 classic in .243 scoped with bushnell 3-9x40 leather sling, hard case, solid wood stock with release plate in good shape, I am looking for a pistol between .357 sig and 45acp. no el cheapos, rock islands, hi points, etc. prefer a stainless or nickel outfit.

about three years ago a buddy of mine had a semi-auto ruger .44 mag for sale for 200.00, i said nah i cant do anything with it. itd be dumb.. sure enough the next year .44 mag becomes legal for deer hunting and that rifle sells for around 1200 now.
