    Taurus millennium pro.

I have a gen3 pt-111, which is their 9mm offering. 12+1, comes with two magazines too. North of 1000 rounds, I'd say right at about 1200. It's eaten everything I've ever thrown at it, which has been lots of different stuff. It just runs. I carry it occasionally, when I'm not carrying something...

    NAA mini revolver...anyone?

I have a 22lr 1 5/8 barrel NAA and love it. There's four or five guns in my carry rotation, so the little NAA only gets carried for back up, or on occasions where I honestly can't get away with my keltec p32. For those occasions, I'm awfully thankful for the function it is able to serve...

    Taurus 650 Lightstrikes

I'm going to give it a good taking apart tomorrow afternoon, and a thorough clean up in the process, we'll see if it has any effect. Thank's ratshooter for the tip in both forums. The 650 is a shrouded hammer design, so I'm not sure if I can check it out the way you're describing?

    Taurus 650 Lightstrikes

Hey All, I recently picked up Taurus 650 from a pawn shop for $270, with the knowledge I could send it in to Taurus for repair if it needed it. Gun checked out great for timing and lockup, so I went for it. Got to the range this morning, and everything ran well except for intermittent...

My big huge out-west trip! Canada Issue:

I have looked into the exact process - long guns are ok within a few restrictions (pistol grips, folding stocks etc) and no handguns with barrel lengths shorter then 4''. I like the idea of a locker, I'm trying to locate one close to the border.

My big huge out-west trip! Canada Issue:

x-rap - I thought that'd be a great idea too, I just don't have any idea of a bank's policy would forbid it. I just figured out where I'd be passing through, Babb and St. Mary Montana. I'll do some digging soon in those areas, see what turns up!

My big huge out-west trip! Canada Issue:

Well, I had NO idea Canada made any provision to bring a handgun across the border and I must say that's pretty cool. I checked it out, found the necessary form online, and discovered that they do not allow handgun barrel lengths less then 4''. This won't work for my carry guns :D I...

My big huge out-west trip! Canada Issue:

Hey all - wife and I are putting together a large RV trip to drive around out west, and I have a question. I have no problem checking what states I'm valid to CC in as per my resident FL liscense. That's the easy part. Hard part is we'll probably cross over into Canada for a couple days...

    Blue Ridge Parkway: Carry Question

Just found this, I guess it's pretty clear. Basicly sounds like the Main Street = Natl Park concept. http://www.nps.gov/blri/parkmgmt/lawsandpolicies.htm

    Blue Ridge Parkway: Carry Question

WNC Seabee post #9: This was my understanding of the laws as well, best as I could tell. I thought about calling the BRP info line but I honestly didn't expect a "real" answer, either from ignorance or opinion. Benezra post #6: Thats exactly why I thought I'd ask everyone what...

    Blue Ridge Parkway: Carry Question

I know they piggy backed the Natl Parks carry bill on the credit reform bill at the beginning of this year, but I don't yet fully understand how that impacts the Blue Ridge Parkway, specificly. I will be riding the parkway (with an '83 Goldwing:D) from beginning to end, Cherokee NC to Virginia...

    carry in the home?

I carry a keltec p32 in a OWB don hume when home. Super light, easy to cover with t-shirt if I need to take trash out or answer door. I justify it's small size with the logic that it would let me "fight my retreat" to the bedroom where the better arms are locked up with quick access.

    Pelican cases, whats the point?

Thats ok I did that too. At the same time. :D

    Pelican cases, whats the point?

Un-related to guns (:what:) :D I used to have a Pelican 1600 case bolted to the back of my BMW motorcycle. Put 50k miles on that case, through brutal UV wear in Florida and sub freezing temps up north. It never failed, never allowed water in (and I rode through lots), it didn't even fade...

    Taurus millenium opinions

I carry a 3'd gen Millenium Pro 9mm nights and weekends, when I'm not carrying my itty bitty keltec P32. The Millpro is just too much for me to carry at work easily. It's been totally reliable and I have past 600 rounds through it. Less then many but more then enough to start to know it...

How good a gun is the KelTec P32?

Mine has been 100% reliable, it's around 500 rounds. Even full of pocket lint or sawdust. By the way, if you make alot of sawdust pocket carry isn't for you.

what is the consensus on the taurus 24/7 pro?

uspj- You might try reading up on "heinie sights," I had the same problem with a a pt-111 untill I understood that the sights used a different sight picture. Now I'm quite accurate with the gun. -Chris

What the heck is a "Bowie knife" under TX law? Is this knife legal?

Completely aside, I bough that knife for my brother as a gift. It was such a nice knife I wanted one. Great edge and very sturdy in hand.

    Millenium Pro IWB options?

I looked at the way the belt clip works and thought it'd be floppy feeling - thanks for the confirmation. Didn't mention, but tuckable would be a great bonus as well....

    Millenium Pro IWB options?

Will look into the suggestions. I should have been more specific about myself - I'm 6' tall and weigh about a buck forty, and I like carrying IWB around 4pm. Apendix has never seemed to work for me. Pocket works great for my keltec but I couldn't pocket carry the MilPro for anything :D
