I lube my straight walled cases using carbide dies. Makes them like slide like butter through the Dillon 650.
You can tumble them for a few minutes and it will take the lube off.
There are several threads here debating on whether to tumble or not tumble live ammo.
I have never had a problem...
Well I can't resize it for you since I am in North Carolina, but you should save your pennys and try to find a used Rock Chucker or buy one of the lee presses. And I don't have one of those Lee presses but it should work for 30-06. I use an old Rock Chucker.
I think he meant in terms of chambering which is the problem you are having.
It really is a matter of willing to spend $25 for a Lee press or going through the headache of trying to get the brass to chamber without full length resizing.

Those are nice but expensive. I would just rent a regular appliance dolly from UHaul or somebody else and get some friends to help. 700lbs is not that much on an appliance dolly with competent friends.
