I have the kahr p380. It has become my favorite grab and go pistol. At the range it is more accurate than it should be for the size and recoil is next to nil. Its light enough to almost never realize your carrying and fit and finish are flawless
I own a kahr p380 and it is very light on recoil. Even with quality hollow points the recoil is more than manageable. My p380 goes everywhere with me (my xd is starting to get jealous). It is very well machined, fits the hand nicely, and extremely accurate.
I have an xd subcompact and for me there is NO WAY I could pocket carry it comfortably. It would really depend on your build... I carry my xd subby iwb. As far as a pocket carry it's gonna be really hard to beat your pm9 unless you downsize in caliber. I purchased a p380 and it goes everywhere...
I love my xd subcompact. I have no problems carrying it IWB (comptac minotaur holster) and it is great at the range. It eats everything I feed it and is more accurate than I am. It is a little bulky for summer carry so I picked up a kahr p380 for that, but now the cooler weather is coming the xd...
I always top of one in my xd and then reload my magazine, but mine is loaded and cocked 99% of the time so it doesn't take much to do it every now and again
i read a while back that one of the main reasons xds arent accepted by more leo is the trigger classification. Both glocks and the mps are considered dao. Xd's are considered single action
check out the comptac mtac. I carry an xd subcompact everyday and forget its there. The plastic clips work great and you can adjust the height it sits. I like mine higher in the winter (more clothes covering) and low in the summer.
I reserved a m&p 15-22 today for 455 at a local dealer. I was told that their distributor has over 5000 preordered  Looks like they're gonna be pretty popular and i cant wait:evil:
