    I've got an IX-A in .45 - I don't know how directly it compares to your 9mm, but mine is going on 30 years old and looks every year of it. My great uncle used it as a truck gun, so it's never been treated quite right. Still, it shoots just fine...I've even used it at Steel Plate Challenge...

    Which holster for an 1860?

    I've also got that Cabela's holster for my 1860. Out of the package, it's stiff as a board and requires a gentle hand to open the flap without breaking the plastic "button". Over time, though, it softens up some and gets pretty easy to open up. Just be patient. I think that, for the money...

    ? for you cap&ball revo shooters

    Today, there were four people shooting my two revolvers, so I went through about a hundred rounds. And my hands are sore from loading! Normally, I'd say that I shoot around 48 rounds in an afternoon - that's four cylinders per revolver.
