No, it's not possible to covert a 9mm into a .357Sig with a barrel swap. As mentioned, you could have converted a .357Sig (or .40) into a 9mm w/ a conversion barrel (not factory), but not the other way around. Once a 9mm, always a 9mm.
I'd tread softly, R270...creating a new thread to complain about a previous one that got locked is probably not too smart and a good way to get yourself banned. But this isn't my sandbox and I don't set the rules, so do as you will.
Since you indicate you have hands that may be on the smaller side, I'd suggest the P229...I think, in the long run, you'll find it the most comfortable and, thus, enjoyable.
They no longer come with the large rollmark -- it's now a tasteful/smaller two-line lettering w/ the S&W symbol to the left of the lines. Here's an example.
It's just about all I use (maybe some grease every now and then, just for variety). I grab a couple bottles at a time off their website (link above). Great stuff.
