Bushnell elite are another good scope to consider,they also have a 75$ mail in rebate right now.

Browning x-bolt or Winchester model 70 would be my choice.

The x-bolt have a pretty good recoil pad,my 300 wsm is much softer to shoot than my 300 win mag Model 70 and its quite a bit lighter.

I remove the screw on my x-bolt and its working fine.The pull weight should be around 3lbs that way,if you want to go lower you will have to get an aftermarket spring.

A lot of good choice but of the choice you got there I would take the X-bolt.The one I got is accurate and they fit me really good.

Well they are both really good imo but different.I got 3 of the Fn mod 70 and I got 1 x-bolt and like all of them very much, they are all accurate and well made.Go handle them at the store to see what fit you better and decide from there as you can't go wrong between those 2.
