Most accurate load in your redhawk?

Sorry I missed the whole "Factory part LOL Mine is a 240Gr LSWC over 10Gr of SR7625. Crono'ed MV was only 1169FPS so not a barn burner but shoots POA/POI on my blackhawk and M-69. It hits hard too, I easily knock over 2 1/2 ft tall compressed air cylinders at 50-60 yards

Adjusting a pietta 1851 Navy wedge

Hey all, I just got my Pietta 1851 Navy from Cabelas, well when they put this one together they didnt adjust the wedge, they just seemed to hammer it in. Which makes me ask how should I go about adjusting the pistol so that the wedge doesnt need to be removed/installed with a sledge hammer. the...

    Mosin-Nagant 91/30

your Gunsmith is talking out his butt. this ammo is not designed for machine gun use, there WAS a special machine gun ammo for the Shpagin MG but that stuff is not what is on the market, and that stuff is rare and collectable. Hungarian 174Gr, czech, polish, or albainian 147 gr ammo is safe...

7.62X39 MM - is it worth messing with ???

I reload 7.62x39 for my SKS, why not, I reload for all my other calibers. Yes brass gets flung all over, but As long as I leave the range with at least half the brass I started with I dont mind. Plus you can tweak the loads to get very good accuracy out of your SKS. Wally world only carries...

    Hungarian M44 Nagant Question

Good luck, they are put on the barrel by 800 lb gorrillas with Sledge hammers. If you remove the entire lug, you will also be removing the front sight base. You could just grind off the ears :barf: but thats your choice

    Ljungmann AG42B questions

from what I have been told, Mangle would be a mild term. I was talking to a guy and he said his pretty much bends the brass in half on ejection. Dont know if he was exagerating or not but I have heard they are really rough on brass.
