I like #7 just the way it is.

I'm in Minnesota and we don't have the word conceal in our law. When our Legislators wrote this law they realized that by being un-concealed, BGs would get the picture that more and more citizens are carrying for self-defense. In reality, I have never seen anyone in Minnesota carrying unconcealed. I've seen several that are probably carrying 'cause something is printing on their side but I don't know if it's their phone, GPS or a 35' Fatboy tape measure.
With that said, I think we shouldn't be carrying on the outside because there are just too many things that could go wrong.
1.) The BG knows you have a weapon - NOT a good thing.
2.) Someone might try to hijack your weapon right out of your holster & you KNOW that could be accomplished in the blink of an eye.
3.) It's a slap in the face to those who hate or are afraid of guns.
Just my opinion.

P.S. Very well thought-out list and worth copying/giving to friends.
