I have 100 110 gr JHP that I want to load for my Ruger GP100 4" barrel. Powders that I have on are Unique, Bullseye and W231. Looking at the books I have on hand I am seeing loads of 9 grs Bullseye, 10 grs Unique and 8 grs W231. I do not want to buy a new powder just to load these hundred projectiles. Which of the three powders I listed would you use and how many grains of said powder? By the way I tried the search function and did not find any loads listed to match my needs.

I would use Unique.

It will give higher velocity at lower pressure then the other two powders.

Lyman #49 Manual shows:
110 grain Speer JHP.
7.4 Start - 1,052 FPS- 17,300 CUP.
10.0 - 1,392 FPS - 36,400 CUP.

Don't start at the MAX load with any data or any powder.

Thanks RC...I knew not to start at max but didn't state it in my request for advice. OT...I was born and raised in Atchison, Ks. Are you near there?
