I bet benchrest shooters are happy they bought a ton of Wolf primers when they were cheaper and available.

Missed the Fiochhi deal at Midsouth recently.

Fiocchi SP primer cup size is slightly larger (Like Wolf/Tula) and require more effort to seat them (using them for smaller primer pocket once-fired S&B and RWS 9mm cases is a "No Go" for me and I have to use smaller diameter primers like S&B primers ).

While I will use up Fiocchi primers for cases with enlarged/stretched primer pockets (It's good to have options in reloading life ), I prefer to buy regular/smaller diameter primers in the future (I am bulking up too much from extra workout I get from seating Fiocchi primers).

BUT I did get consistent velocities with Fiocchi primers so I look forward to doing myth busting thread on primer comparison (Who knows, I may start buying primers based on group size in the future).
