Nice! I've passed on a few nice .300 Model 99s over the years. Its getting harder and harder to find the ammo, as you know of course. I saw a decent restorable one at the last gun show in .303 for $150, but man, that's just torturing!
I would still like to grab a prewar octagonal barrel 99 in .30-30 someday.
