.17 HMR gets a crow this morning

I got a crow this morning at 130 yards. My father and I were working outside and my Dad spotted him accross the field. It was pulling up corn that is just coming up. I took a rest on the side of a post along the side of the field and got him.

My rifle is a CZ in .17 HMR. I really love it. It is one of the most accurate rifles that I've ever shot.

I know there has been a lot of debate about .17 vs .22 mag but I really like the .17 for crow killing.

I have the Ruger! I just wish the ammo wasn't so fdarn expensive! It is a honey of a shooter though!

My son dropped a rock squirrel with mine about an hour ago, 80-90 yards. Dropped like a rock! You guys who've never tried one haven't seen "scary accurate" yet!
